Subdued, you could still do veggie juices. That's what most people go for when they juice anyway, it seems, because veggies in large quantities are hard to get down sometimes.
It is odd that fruits wouldn't hurt me, but now that I think about
it, I eat way more fruits in general than I do veggies. It's quite likely then that my system just isn't used to that much veg intake, with or without the fibers. It seems to be pretty common that heavy veg juicing gives people diarrhea, at least until the system adjusts.
I can't handle large amounts of insoluble fiber that come from eating salads and things, so juicing still seems to be the best option for me to get my veg on. I just need to take it much slower. Learning the hard way, as usual
