anxiety and hydrocortisone enema

I have been on hydrocortisone enema now for over am month and am feeling very anxious and really having a hard time concentrating on things as I am constantly fearing other illnesses all of a sudden. I am not sure if from googling all my symptoms I am convinced I have another disease or maybe the side effects of the medicine I am on. Currently on hydrocortisone enema, and balsalazide. I not I am an anxious person but I am experiencing and eye twitch under my right eye that is scaring me and I think I am imaging other symptoms like numbness. The one thing that I can say it has stopped me from thinking of my uc, as that has not bothered me now. I was on prednisone from December to February of this year and switched over to hydrocorisone enema then but was using it every other day and then last month doctor told me to do it every night for a month and then every other day for a month. I just started to do the every other night now and will do so for another month. I am going to Aruba on Saturday and do think I need the extra relaxation, but am so scared that I have acquired another illness that its freaking me out.

Did anyone else have anything like this while on these meds?

I agree. It's normal to think the worst, maybe ask your doc if you can start with a lower dosage steroid enema possibly. You'd be tapering with that one off the one you're on...but worth it.

Have you had B vitamin bloodwork checked?
Iron levels?
