Resistant starch, in the form of potato starch mixed into water. I drink 2-3 tbsp per day, in remission. When I was flaring, I drank the potato starch but also ate lots of cold mashed potatoes, white rice, noodles. There are lots of posts about "resistant starch" if you want to research that. Simply put, it helps repair damaged cells in the colon. When I was flaring, it helped to firm up my BMs.
Is there any specific resistant starch that you use. And where do you get it?
