I've increased to two a day. What's the maximum I can use and how long until I see improvement. It seems very slow and noticing less blood but still diareah.

How many times a day are you going?
You've just been on the enemas for a week?
What's the dosage of the enemas...1g? 2g? 4g?

Ig enemas. Going four times some days. Went to my GI he said keep going with enemas. Until we discuss FT. I have a phone consult booked next month. He said very unlikely my inflammation would have gone further than the enemas can reach in that amount of time.

Enemas really helped my bleeding but diarrhea was helped by diet modification. Some foods trigger my gut to "GO NOW". Have you done any diet mod. to see if certain foods trigger your colon?

I'd push your GI for at least the 2g enemas and use them once a day. The 4g would be ideal, but you can step up to that if needed.
You also just started on the Pentasa oral...what's the dosage you take on that?
Diet modification can help if your issues are food-related....some foods certainly go through the digestive tract quicker and can cause looser stool or diarrhea.
Are you using fibre supplements? Probiotics?

No my GI said to only use enemas. He didn't think I needed oral. They were giving me nausea. I've added lots of fibre. It's slowed it down and the bleeding has stopped but the foul smell is still there. My stools look like bulking and then I'll get direah again. I'm back down to between once a day and three times a day. My stomach has been a lot more settled. I'm worried I have C. Diff and they're not picking it up.. The smell is so strong it almost knocks me off the toilet.

when is the last time they tested for c.diff its fairly easy to get a false negative
but the foul smell can be assosiated with with something you are eating, also maybe its a different bacterai/virus/pathogen....

I've had two tests for C.diff in the last month. I've eliminated anything that could upset my stomach or cause the smell. Since using two enemas I've found slight improvement. I'll have two good days and one bad. With four or give trips to toilet. I'm keeping the emenas in now where as I struggled before. I'm not seeing blood. Tho it's still hot foul smelling diareah.. It seems to start for get form then followed by Diareah.

If you are now able to keep in the enema and don't see any blood your inflammation has been decreasing.
I never had C diff. But during my last flare my stool were like yours and very bad smelling too. I ask for a C diff tests but they told me that if I had C Diff I would be going more than 4 times a day. But as I said I never had it so I can't tell you if you can have it and just go 4 times a day ?

Yesterday I only went once. Today more unsettled (about
four times) I haven't seen blood for three days. Even though the Diareah is still there. The Dr initially didn't want to test for C.diff because she said I'd be very sick. I wouldn't say I'm sick but I feel a little fatigued when I try to do my exercise, and I get nausea after a bowel movement which only last a few minutes. Still eating plenty. I notice my Diareah and any cramps are worst if I don't drink enough. I don't think I've ever had such horrid smelling direah or gas. It lingers and fills the whole house. My normal flare symptoms are constipation, mucous, blood. No mucous what so ever. It's almost as if I've eaten something that's upset my stomach. But I haven't. The only thing I eat that I suspected was spinach but in all honesty I find it more soothing and less symptoms when I add spinach.

spinach can cause foul Ds but unless you are eating wheelbarrows full of it it should be as bad as you are describing
In the beginning before I realized I had UC I was having horrible smelling gas that lingered for several minutes
It was because I was slightly constipated and when things are trapped they begin to smell
I didn't realize I was constipated because I was having BMs buy stuff was trapped higher up
Maybe you are having a similar issue

Please clarify since you've given the impression that you're now on Pentasa Oral....

No not using the oral Quincy. I started to and stopped after I seen my GI. Dikid definitely not constipated. I'm only eating half a cup of steamed spinach
