It sounds like you are trying to do a detox while adding vitamins, minerals, and anti-inflammatory herbs. I'm doing the same thing. Plus, I'm also eating right, exercising, meditating, and resting.
You must get VSL3. It's the best probiotic for Ulcerative Colitis. It will help balance the bacteria in your colon so that your body stops attacking itself.
In regard to your list:
Take Curcumin (with black pepper) instead of Tumeric (with black pepper). Curcumin is more potent. I take Theracurmin (with black pepper). It's supposed to have superior absorption compared to the other curcumins. I don't know whether or not it's true, but it works.
I have never used Quercitin. It's also an anti-inflammatory. I don't know how it compares to Curcumin. But it couldn't hurt to try it. I may give it a try too. I'm having trouble with inflammations in general, which will turn into cancer if I don't get my inflammations under control.
Ginger, Cinnamon, Omega 3 fatty acids, Vitamin D, a multi-vitamin, green tea, peppermint are also good.
I would definitely get a Vitamin B-complex. The fact that we have a digestive disease means that we are probably deficient in B vitamins.
It also means we are deficient in minerals. I would get a multi-vitamin that contains minerals for the same reason. I take calcium and magnesium supplements and eat a lot of bananas. But magnesium can cause diarrhea; so it's best to wait until you aren't flaring to take it.
Also take an iron supplement (with C) sometime during the day when you aren't having calcium or taking a multi-vitamin containing calcium.
Eat green leafy vegetables. Think spinach. Sure, you can take folic acid, but folic acid is the inactive form of folate. Many people have a genetic defeat that prevents the body from converting folic acid into folate.
I would skip the Bentonite clay. It's a really strong detox. I'm not sure how effective or safe it is. The "science" on it isn't it debatable.
As for Shakeology, it depends on the shake.
In regard to diet:
Avoid all sugars (artificial, fructose, glucose, lactose, sucrose). Avoid gluten. Make everything from scratch. Avoid GMO's such as corn, soy, oils (other than olive), sugar cane, flax, peas, and papaya.
