I hope it ends, its the worst. Eating late contributes.
You could try :
mebeverine
Lomitil
Bentyl
pinaverium
The antispasmodic pinaverium bromide effectively treats irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) symptoms better than placebo and is well tolerated, according to a randomized controlled trial published online January 26 and in the July issue of Clinical Gastroenterology and Hepatology. Although pinaverium is used in Europe, Canada, and Mexico, the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has not approved it for treatment of IBS.
"Pinaverium improves motility disorders, consequently reducing stool problems as well as relieving abdominal pain in IBS patients with few and nonsevere side effects," write Liang Zheng, MD, from the Department of Gastroenterology, Second Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine in Nanjing, China, and colleagues. "Hopefully, this clinical trial will contribute to the establishment of a clinically effective, cost-effective, and safe drug as first-line IBS therapy."
Approximately 10% to 15% of people worldwide suffer from IBS, with chronic pain, fatigue, and altered bowel habits.
