i think it was more of prevention thing but my old fella swore by a teaspoon of honey, cider vinegar and black molasses mixed with warm water every morning. I remember him working\digging out in the garden at 89 years of age, it got recommended to him from a fried who was also an avid gardener\digger at 80+. He started taking it when he'd trouble with his shoulders.
Omega 3 supplements are meant to be good too, i've been taking them for as long as i can remember. Just saw the fish oil in your sig.
