I'm 16 weeks pregnant with my first baby. So far the bowels have been cooperating... No change to very mild improvement I think, I can live with that! *knock on wood* I will be a lucky one who doesn't flare during/after pregnancy!!

Congratulations! I would suggest you use maintenance of enemas or at the very least supps every few days.
Keep us posted how you're doing. Any changes bm-wise could be food or hormone related if for a day or two...but an increase should have you suspect a flare. Remember constipation, thin stool, excessive gas, and mucus would also be symptoms of mild limited
location flare.
