I bought GBF from a Japanes beer maker, tried it as a hot tea and was only continuing to get worse.
Now using potato bread with Malted Barley flour I continue to get better.
Ashwaganda at night ( makes no sense it is calming but studies show it reduces coritisol by 30% )

I hope the good luck continues but really REALLY like the bread probably ate most of the loaf I brought home yesterday which is why I bought two loafs.
That's good to hear. What are all the ingredients in the bread and what brand is it?It is really hard to stop eating it, of course there is some sugar in it thats why it tastes like cake but has a fuller flavor than just 'sweet'.

12 small Pysllium Seed ( Pseed ) capsules
VLS3 only if I was just taking antimicrobial anti fungal Potassium Sorbate 12 hours earlier
Only bread I now consume is potato malted barley flour bread and it is hard to stop eating it
