So for the longest time I was eating Cashew butter 2x a day. Sat well with me, and gave me those calories I needed during a flare. A few months ago I started randomly getting symptoms of food poisoning, after about a month I figured out it was the Cashew Butter. Now I still need those calories so I don't look so anorexic, would I be okay to try another nut butter or will I have the same issue with all of them now? Not sure how different they are. Was thinking of trying Peanut Butter tonight, I haven't had it in a couple years but it used to sit with me.
