After three months I finally got my results. No idea what this means.

Looks fairly close to the norm when comparing against the "Men" category. I'm glad it was free because it kind of feels like a waste of time.

There should be a section of the results that shows the specific bacteria you have in both overabundance and underabundance. Maybe there's a clue there. I agree with Kiptyn though. Even if nothing stands out it wasn't a waste of time. Every shred of knowledge gets you closer to a solution.

I don't think it was a waste, you never know what they will find. I think it is strange how different the samples are, mine from two years ago is high in actinobacteria, which apparently is high in people with UC.
I got an email from them two weeks ago stating that my free test was damaged in transit (I sent it in in August). They are sending me a new one, but I also signed up for a 6 month monitoring program, just for kicks when it was 50% off.
