Is this ever present with uc? I'm having discharge and very small amounts of blood from my vagina.
First I thought it was my period but I had it two weeks ago.
Anyone else have this? Is it related to ibd?

vaginal bleeding is absolutely normal (and a healthy sign according to some gyn doctors) in the half of the menstrual cycle (usually on the fourteenth or the fifteenth day depending on your cycle) so if you have it after the two weeks of your menstruation it is surely this kind of bleeding :)

btw, i've forgotten to add, i've read on the Polish uc forum that the half of the menstrual cycle almost always brings the worsening of the uc symptoms, women often have more bm during these two days

I am always my worst when ovulating, especially now that I have developed an ovarian cyst. It wouldn't hurt to call your GYN and get their take on things. If you were on steroids for a while, it doesn't surprise me that you are irregular now, it took me a solid 6 months coming off of steroids for my hormones to re-regulate.

My periods have regulated.i have been bleeding very small amounts since my period and kept thinking it was that. But then I woke up and realized it been two weeks and it shouldn't be that long
Or should it?

Is that normal for you to bleed 2 weeks after starting? "Normal" is a hard word just because it can different for us all. For example, normal for me is like 8-9 days long.

Nope I neve bleed this long and especially not with discharge.
that's why I'm getting concerned.
And with my symptoms and not knowing if it's normal I get anxiety.
It's kind of funny because before ibd I was so chilled and relaxed and now I'm nervous and anxious. like what happened to the old me.

I would call your gyn and let them know you want to be seen asap. It seems pretty strange to me, and may or may not be related to UC. I hear you about being anxious all the time, I am the same way and I didn't used to be.

I've never had any vaginal bleeding aside from my period. I agree with momto2boys and think you should call your gyn. Vaginal bleeding isn't a symptom of UC.

Are you on any new birth control?

Thanks I am going to call my pcp and let him know. ( don't have a gyn I'm only 20, lol most 20 year olds don't either see GIs regularly or talk about poop on a frequent basis)
I don't see a gyn.
It is not nidation as I am not sexually active.

Sorry to have to ask, but is the discharge itchy? And is it 100% blood or is it a little darker?
Are your gums bleeding at all?
I'm sorry about this, I hope you get some help for your problem. Do you have a regular doctor? He/she should be able to help you if it could be a yeast infection.

Nope discharge is not itchy. It's kind of clear with spots of brownish blood.

I don't know if this makes you feel any better, but I get that occasionally, with the brownish blood. For me that's normal. Are you in any pain?

No vaginal pain. I have rectal pain but that's prob not related.

I had that as well but I was in my 30's. I would have brownish blood that seemed to leak for a few weeks, stop and then come back. Not to mention my period cramps increased 10 fold. I am not sure what caused mine and neither was the gyno. I ended up just having the endometrial ablation but you're too young for that.
