Hey UB/Blksteeda,
@UB: I thought about the WOO today but wasn't sure I was in the mood for the butt burn you talked about. I also don't feel like getting out of bed and buying the ingredients. This time around the pain is not as bad as last time but still hurts. If it gets worse I think I may give it a try. I'm also very afraid of the incontinence from surgery, although I've lurked on the Crohn's forum and haven't found anyone that's had that problem from surgery. I'm not aware of a further risk of incontinence from the Seton stitch procedure...did your doctor tell you about that?
@bkjsteeda: How long after the partial fistulotomy were you able to return to work? I don't have fevers, just a headache and buttache. I think I followed your posts about your surgery. I hope you heal up soon.
I worked from home for quite some time. I healed very slowly. The pain was terrible as well. I took pain meds an hour before the home nurse came to change the packing because it was not a fun process.
