edit, ok I found it, it is called entocort here.
Here doctors give it for crohn not colitis because it targets the ileon (sorry I don't know the French word ) and so it is less effective for colitis, pred is better to deal with it.
Entocort is not the same as Uceris. You're right, Entocort targets the ileum and the ascending colon. Uceris is made for UC and targets the whole colon down to the rectum.
In my personal experience I had no luck with Entocord but Uceris did wonders for me. The difference is the coating.
