So I'm young and new at this anal bleeding death destruction disease and I'm finally in remission but i can't keep down any food, im puking uip green yum fluid and bleeding out of my anus hole slot so is this like a meh situation all of you guys deal with or do i go to the hospital
I am on 60mgs of imuran daily if that matters

Sounds like you need to put in a call to your GI and tell him what our symptoms are. You are NOT in remission if you are having bleeding unless you know it is from hemmies.

If you aren't keeping anything down and getting dehydrated then yes go to the ER. All the will really do is give you and IV and hydrate you and possibly steroids by IV and send you on your way. I would have to be really bad off to go to the ER but that is just me.

Best description of UC ever. Totally true.

I'd say you need something more than imuran. Definitely call your doctor for some zofran and Prilosec for the vomiting and you probably need prednisone right now to get the flare under control.

HI Chicky,

You are most sefinatley NOT in remission honey. Get to the GI ASAP or the hospital. When i was new to this all i ignored these symptoms and ended up in CCU after i had to go to A/E due to heommoraging and it was horrible! Took me 6 months to fully recover.
