Steroid Suppositories

So I was wondering how long steroid suppositories normally take to work? I noticed streaking on the outside of my stool and a little mixed within the stool. I also know that everyone's body responds differently.

When I go to the bathroom (12 hours later) the first thing that comes out appears to look like little pellets. After that comes out, it comes out normal and formed. Is this normal?

It's normal as you're healing....are the pellets meaning stool? or blobs of clearish stuff in the toilet? (that would probably be some of the suppository that's melted but sits in the rectum.

How long have you been on them?

Its not the clear stuff cause I do see that. I'm guessing it's stool but has hints of red in it.
