I used to love a pint of Guinness especially this time of year. It's always a test of my colon whether I can handle the dark stuff or not, sometimes it's OK often times not. Are there any other Guinness drinkers with UC here?
It's great stuff and one more reason UC sucks.

Yup! I'm a beer lover and home brewer. For me I've found Irish stout on nitro (as well as "nitro cans") to be a bit easier on my gut. I think it's due to the fast release of much of the carbonation during head formation that normally slowly releases in other styles. The lower alcohol content probably is a factor too.

I love Guinness and other dark beers, and I have no issues with uc and beer here, when I drink in moderation.
I'm also a homebrewer, ToManySteves. I have a WeeHeavy I've been meaning to start brewing.
