Redmond Clay. If I don't have at least a teaspoon a day in my drinking water I really notice it the next day. Nothing I've tried otherwise, RX or remedy, has nearly as much impact as that one thing.
Aloe gel helps a little and I finally found a probiotic which seems to make a difference for me - Pearls IC (now called Complete, I think).
Oh yeh, psylium husk capsules make a difference as well.
