I remember this, being delighted by seeing some solids, yet doubled-over in pain when passing them. Kinda like I was pooping broken glass or razors. It'll get better as you heal. Essentially, you have healed higher up (thus things are getting more solid) and still have severe inflammation within the rectum thus the pain in passing it.
I'd treat the lower end inflammation with enemas or suppositories. Steroids, anti-inflammatory (canasa suppository or rowasa enema), or alternating between the two (steroid in morning, anti-inflammatory at night). Ask your gastroenterologist for a prescription.
