my flare up is finally seeming to get better, the only thing now is im having bad cramps above my groin area and if and when i pass gas it feels way better what ways you guys have help get gas through i feel like I am backed up with gas i really need help its really painfull until i am able to fart thanks

I drink peppermint and fennel tea to reduce gas. It helps a lot.

Peppermint is a definite - you can also take IBS tablets such as Colpermin (peppermint based!) to relieve gas, also, try a hot water bottle and lay down on your side (switch from left to right - it works!) :)
