ASACOL question

I wouldn't worry unless you're passing whole tablets in your stool. The asacol pills are PH-delayed, and not at all time-of-day-delayed, so whether you take your evening pills at 5pm or 10pm shouldn't matter. As long as the pill hits the right PH(s) as expected, as it passes through your digestive tract, then the medication will spread at the designed location and rate.

Are you on the 800mg asacol?

No biggie about the timing.....they travel at their own speed individually.
I had one pill (that I took over 24 hours before a c-scope) sitting in my colon happily releasing its medication. It survived the prep, interestingly....had never even imagined, but it gave me a good laugh during the scope.

I was going to start a new thread but I'll just put some thoughts here rather than clog up the feed.

Had my scope on Tuesday which showed no improvement, polyp removal lots of biopsies and beginning of a possible ulcer.
This was all explained to me while still groggy which does annoy me.
Anyway two days later my bowel movement's/frequency have reduced, my stools are semi solid my appetite is rocking (Hungry) , my energy levels have increased.
I even dreamt last night which to me shows I'm not exhausted and in a deep sleep.
I'm feeling 8/10 right now and I just don't get it.
I'm just going to enjoy today and feeling semi normal lol
Took my first salofalk last night for a while which didn't stay in but I'm hoping by doing them three times a week I'll get the inflimation down and keep them in.

Biopsies I'm not sure my doctor will touch base I'm assuming, I also have an appointment booked in August with the specialist.
I guess if its not good I'll hear from them sooner.
I talked to the specialist after but same as last time I was too groggy to take it all in.
