Now their pushing bacteria into meat with mechanical tenderized meat.
But the govt to the rescue.
So now you need to cook this meat at higher internal temp.

I'm a meat lover who does not want her meat pre-tenderized, glad it's being labelled. Maybe this is for pork? and I don't each much pork (except for ham, bacon and BBQ haha). Thanks OM for keeping us informed.

now try to convince those who eat "blue steaks" with that, i'd say if you are brave enough why don't you go bite a live cow instead
