I would go low fiber and high protein (for energy) rather than 100% liquid:
Greek yogurt with applesauce or low fiber fruit (seems like dessert)
Soups are yummy and so many different types.
I love curry and if you don't cook there must be a shop nearby. My gut likes Vietnamese and Thai mmmm.
Meat has many vitamins and 2 days ago I made ground ham with mayo, so delicious.
Deviled eggs.
Omelets with cheese, bits of other things like tomato, onions.
Hamburgers with guacamole (very easy to make and in season now).
Barbecue sauce on chicken.
Ginger, brown sugarr and soy sauce on chicken
Tonight I made ground turkey meatballs made with mild red pepper (New Mexico type, dried lemon basil and breadcrumbs). Gravy made with chicken broth.
Low fiber makes my gut happy, good thing I love meat ha.
Also think about
smoothies with coconut milk and fruit(again like dessert).
You just need to plan ahead so you don't get hungry and eat crap because you don't have anything on hand.
I love food in general, just have to focus on kind that helps not hurts my gut.
And of course if you have no problem with gluten have breakfast for dinner: pancakes and syrup with sausages (I LOVE sausage).
edit to add: cooked spinach always calms my gut and makes happiness below. Add a sprinkle of parmesan or shred some swiss and broil and of course add butter.
