I always took all 4 in the morning. I understand the general idea of taking pills at different times of day, so they arrive and deliver medication at different times. However, I'm not sure how much (if any) difference the time you take the pills really makes as your digestive system moves things along at variable rates. Regardless of when you took them, those pills can be closely grouped together or spaced far apart. The ileocecal valve keeps things in the small intestine for a while, before allowing access to the large intestine. They might be grouped closely together when entering the large intestine. There's also many sharp bends and other valves between segments of the large intestine. Infact, I believe Quincy said her colonoscopy showed a pill hung up somewhere (despite the deluge of prep) lol.
The only real way to know, is try it both ways and see if you experience any difference. So, consider me a skeptic on split lialda doses. It certainly does no harm.
