I eat broccoli at least 3 times a week average. I think my gut is accustomed to it. I've had a little gas from brussels sprouts.
My mother in law talked about
how gassy carrots are. So.. I think it's what we acclimate to. If a vegetable doesn't bother you, don't worry about
it!
I also have no problems with gluten or dairy. Too much chocolate can be an issue for me, though.
