just curious, is this current ? are you doing all of this still ?
when i got to the point where it didn't seem the meds were doing anything, i decided to focus on my diet, using some tools that i'd neglected over the years - going grain free has been the ticket for me - not saying that or anything else would help you, but the idea is to try something else if what you are doing isn't working -
