Not sure if it's worth to continue with the other rules at all... seems like actually no one cares about possibility to influence the disease without meds
I think a lot of people care about
how to influence the gut microbes to control symptoms, moderate inflammation, and decrease the needed for stronger medicines. I think a lot of folks are put off by your sweeping assertions, misstatements, and "seeming" anti-med & anti medical agenda.
Plenty of interest here in probiotics, prebiotics, dietary fiber, byuterate fermentation, nutritional supplements, anti-inflammatory foods ... etc. Plenty of interest here in whetehr gut microbe dysbiosis is cause, consequence, or a bit of both. There is even some interest here in remission treatments that use dietary restriction and supplements instead of mesalamines. I have seen these threads, and read with interest. I use fiber as part of my own therapeutic treatment.
So, if it is not the subject, why is your post generating friction? I leave the answer to you, because it does not work if I tell you.
