A typical ulcerative colitis dose for 6mp is 1.0 mgs to 1.5 mgs per kilogram of body weight. At 119 pounds you're 54 kilograms, so your recommended 6mp dose is 1 x 54 = 54mgs daily at the low end, and 54 x 1.5 = 81 mgs daily at the high end. So, at 100 mgs daily, you're above the normal dosing for an ulcerative colitis patient. I'd double-check with your gastroenterologist to make sure that's fine, and as intended. It's possible you needed a higher dose to reach therapeutic (healing) range as that's just a general guideline and bloodwork helps fine tune it for individuals. Certainly mention the vomiting, it could be related. We're not doctors or pharmacists, so always check with yours whenever there's concerns with dosing.
6mp dosage is up to 2.5 mg/kg

i suggest you gradually up your dosage, i.e stay on 50mg for a couple of weeks then 75mg (1 & a half pill) for another 2 weeks etc until your body gets used to it (your doctor should decide the best time regimen) , also your doctor should monitor your liver and CBC blood work for anything abnormal but i wouldn't worry, since 6mp and imuran has been known to cause temporary nausea, some symptoms like GERD and lower Hgb, with time these symptoms will subside and eventually disappear.
