Is the sinus drainage mostly clear, or is it thick and colored? What color?
It could just be a bad cold (although a fever of 102 is high for a cold). But you may have a sinus infection on top of having the cold - that's one of the more common risks when on Remicade, namely that a cold can also lead to a superimposed sinus infection.
Tussionex is an antihistamine plus a narcotic cough suppressant, right? Aren't your symptoms more upper respiratory (ie, nose and upper throat), not lower respiratory (lower throat like the larynx, and with a cough)? But if he noticed some wheezing, you must be having some chest/lung issues as well.
Anyway, I'd suggest sudafed (pseudoephedrine, the stuff you have to buy from the pharmacist nowadays) as a decongestant. Plus lots of saline nasal spray, or even get a neti pot or one of those NeilMed squeeze bottles. And if you have a runny nose, an antihistamine like claritin or benadryl, but if you don't have a runny nose, they won't do much.
