Joint pain and inflammation between doses of Humira

I'm trying to see if anyone else has developed joint pain after taking TNF blockers. Long post ahead:

I was on Remicade previously for ulcerative colitis and developed joint pain after being on it for three years. I was getting the normal dose for my weight every eight weeks. At around 5-6 weeks post injection, the joint pain would come on suddenly. Everyday a different joint, or multiple joints, would be affected. Then about 24 hours after getting my next scheduled Remicade dose the joint pain would go away. I went to a Reumatologist and he had me start doing the Remicade injections every 6 weeks, and didn't really have an explanation for me. It helped prevent the joint pain, but it didn't take long for the pain to come back again a week before my injections. After dealing with this for 4 years, I went against medical advice and stopped Rrmicade. I had the worst joint pain of my life for several weeks, and then after the Remicade was completely out of my system, the joint pain went away! I had also implemented a mostly Paleo diet at this time, which helped keep my ulcerative colitis in check.

So then a year later I got pregnant and got a flare up during pregnancy, and several flare ups when my son was nearing age one. After nearly a year of sickness with UC, I started taking Humira. And now, 6 months after taking Humira I have again developed joint pain. It is in the same manner as it was when I took Remicade. The injections are every two weeks, so the pain develops about 5 days before my next injection is due. It goes away about 24 hours after I take the shot.

I will see my GI doc in a couple weeks and explain that it is all happening again. I am also 12 weeks pregnant right now and don't know what to do! Recent studies have linked inflammation in pregnant mothers who have autoimmune disease to autism in their offspring! This concerns me and I just wonder if anyone has experienced this.

I've had right side trocanteric bursitis since shortly after I developed UC. Since I started Humira the bursitis is mostly resolved.
