@toomuchppoopin. I am trying some fruits into my diet if I can, but it is very difficult, as the healthier I eat the sicker I become with most fruits and vegetables due to the salicylate content.
@ima. Yes, strawberries are off the table for me and my 'salicylate friends' I seem okay with Mango at the moment but things can change from week to week. Its a shame you cannot eat it as it is such a delicous fruit.
@Quincy. I think the problem was the passion fruit, as I have laid off it and the dull ache appears to have gone away for now, so I am thinking that was probably the culprit. However, I do want to try the pomegranate in a couple of days and see how I get on with that as it is extremely nutritionally rich.
@iPoop. I read an interesting book recently by Anthony William, called Secrets behind Chronic and mystery illness, not sure if its for everyone! He is a medical medium, and he claims to hear a divine voice that literally speaks into his ear, telling him what lies at the root of people’s pain or illness and what they need to do to restore their health. Throughout the book he constantly reiterates the need for people to eat fruit!! which isnt new news of course, but just one piece of advice that I thought I should try to follow. What is really interesting though is that he mentions the Epstein Barr virus as being at the root of many many illnesses!
Here is the link for people interested in reading it, as I said its not for everyone....
