I am!!! Egg nog & rum,
cookies, lots of mixed nuts, wine, jalepeno/cheese peanuts, chocolates, and of course dinner and then beer and chili releno cheese crisps!
Yes today I'm paying the price! But, it was fun.

My symptoms are just a little bit worse today due to all the chocolate, alcohol, etc. i had. Totally worth it.

Well, UC-wise, no. But how my clothes fit or what the scale would say if I went anywhere near it, yes! And in terms of how draggy and unergetic I feel, yes. But yep, it was fun!

Ha I was wondering if someone would start a thread about
this.
Yes, is the answer and due to not having a "normal" dinner pre-Christmas Eve, just apps and wine, too much wine without food buffer. Price paid the next morning, actually 4 am feeling lousy, couldn't sleep.
Took a day and a half to get back to normal, VSL#3 helped along with stomach calming food like baked potato, chicken broth.
My gut is a persnickety thing, cannot fall off the wagon, food wise and liquor wise, without helluva payback.
2 hours of fun vs. 24 hours of feeling lousy, no I would not repeat.

haha, first time in years that I can say, definitely not. Maybe paid the price in an extra pound but nothing new or different so far as my colon.

I paid yesterday! Combo of corn casserole on Christmas eve and then wine last night probably didn't help.. amongst other things. But the corn turned on me with a vengeance lol. Good thing it was delicious!

I cannot have wine anymore, I literally break out into a sweat, all down my back, and so I had a gluten free beer yesterday!
I am feeling tired today though..many foods make me feel out of sorts, some seriously, but sometimes you just have to have a nice time and pretend that you are like everyone else, and then wait to collapse on your bed later.
I find being really chatty and sociable to guests on top of feeling rough from foods is exhausting for me too.

Other than increased gas (smelly) I have so far been ok. I didn't poop on Christmas morning until 10:30, we had been up for 3 hours by then. However all the sweets I have eaten will take a toll on my waste line for sure

Chinese food last night, set for Mexican tonight, take a wild guess what will happen.
Along with extra booze, and a box of chocolate mint creams.
Eggnog dark rum. My guess is I will have at least one margarita in about
an hour.
What a mix.
Not all at once.
Will dedicate my first one to Soystud.
Daughter is here with her for whatever reason, good colon, they like to drink.
