No, uceris isn't meant as a maintenance medication for long-term use. It's a topical steroid and about 10 percent gets into your bloodstream and that can cause problems and permanent damage to your body.

Uveris is meant only for mild to barely moderate severity inflammation. If you have moderate or severe inflammation then go for stronger steroids as a temporary rescue.

It made my bleeding worse,don't know why

Uceris is not a good match for severe UC. You'd likely need much stronger prednisone which is meant for severe inflammation.
