UC and depression go together like bees and honey, like love and marriage, and flies and poop. Unfortunately, depression is common with UC and many of us struggle with it to varying degrees. You cannot worry about
UC 24/7 and expect to remain sane. You need to reinvest time into hobbies you enjoy whether it's reading, music, games, or any number of things. Find your escape where you can focus your mind when you're worried and bothered by UC. Some of us can cope on our own, some of us seek therapists, and anti-depressants. It really depends how severe it is and how well you respond. It does get better though, so hang on.
