I think I'm in flare up i feel really bad
Can't move and nausea killing me
I'm starting to panic
I'm sick of it

How many grams of mesacol? You can have just over 4g daily.

If there is urgency possibly s rectal med.

Have you tried probiotics?

It sounds like you're having a panic-attack. UC won't kill us.

Tell ys a little about ypur flare. How many times a day are you having a bowel movement? Are they liquid diarrhea? Any blood?

Im on mesacol 2.4 g
My bm is normal no blood
I haven't tried probiotics
