You might try Meditation and/or Yoga. It helps a lot of people. I juice with vegetables (celery, carrots, ginger, a green leafy vegetable, and burdock root) every day and add powders like Lecithin, Whey Protein,and Egg protein; the latter also includes silica egg albuin, mall, papain, and bromelian. I also take vitamin D3, calcium, and magnesium.I also take Vitamin C with Turmeric (for inflammation), a tablet that is made of echinacea,golden seal, astragalus and burdock root. And there are others. You might want to see an integrative physician.
I got colitis in 1979 when I was under an unusual amount of stress and nothing helped except taking all of these supplements and juicing (no pulp). I don't eat foods that are fermented and no nuts.
I use Canasa to help short-term, not long-term, should my gut seem off, but not bleeding. But mostly the supplements and powders do the job.
