1st edit: the post above is a sales pitch for a particular clay collected in a "mystical" region in Oregon. My non-mystical clay works fine.
2nd edit: my edit comment above now makes no sense because the 7 page posting about
"sacred clay" has been (rightfully) removed so never mind as Roseannroseanna Danna would say.
my original post edited: I own 3, white, green and red and really don't know what is different about
them. Just know that they are helpful and every now and then drink a glass of clay water with good results.
I'm a believer in clay and not many supplements have ever been OK'd by my gut.
Not all clay sold can be taken internally, buyer beware.
