I had Colonoscopy today. Last one was 4 years ago. The anesthesiologist said he would not be giving me light sedation due to them taking biopsies and my last scope was 45 minutes. He said light sedation is like flying with one engine.
Anyway all looked well except for very mild redness in the first 10 centimeters!!! So happy because I knew I was in a mild flair a few weeks ago and started rectal enemas and they really do work wonders!!!
Just wanted to give a happy report to people who get it.

Glad to hear you're doing good..I tried rectal meds for the first time yesterday, Cortifoam, and so I'm hoping I get good results too.

Yeah why I posted about
the rectal meds. I know I was always leary at first. I sort of felt guilty posting so positive but then I said it gives others hope in similar stages.

Awesome! Congrats. That's like winning a silver medal in the olympics. A gold metal is remission.
