Flare again ?

Hello guys, i just had a flare about a month ago and went to remission until yesterday. My symptom now is abdominal pain and it always make me feel like want to run to toilet. My poop is normal no mucus, no blood, solid poop but this abdominal pain make me crazy What can it be guys ? Thank you for every replies

I never called a few weeks w/o symptoms remission. Likely there was inflammation there all along.

Sharp pain are sometimes gas. Crampy pain can be IBS.

What meds are you using?

My currently meds are 1g pentasa and 3 dose mucosta a day. So is it a flare guys ? And my pain feel like something is burning inside my colon

We can have various abdominal pains with or without a flare, some are UC related and others are not. Some causes require medical care and others do not. We can have pancreatitis, gallstones, kidney stones, and ladies can have various uterine pains. We can have pains from trapped gas, from constpation (trapped stool), we can have joint pains, and spasms from the muscles in the intestine which hurt. We can have anal fissures that hurt.

When and where does your pain occur? Does it happen when you poop or sit? Is it a point pain from a known spot? Is it a radiating pain? On a scale of 1 to 10 (with 10 being the worst), how bad is it?

Certainly see a doctor or nurse to help you determine where the pain is coming from.
