I'm hopeful but until I can eat like I used to and gain some of the weight back I won't swear by it.
I lost quite a bit of weight over the first month. Qing Dai has a strange calming effect on the gut, almost satiating, so it's easier to skip meals. Just remember to eat as much as you can throughout the day and you'll gain the weight back, trust me. I also notice I look more toned, more defined musculature. Maybe from the weight loss but it's definitely making an impact on digestion which affects the body overall.
Almost 3 months in and I'm noticing some of the aching I used to have come back, mainly during the morning, still no blood or urgency at all. I've been very bad with my diet since I can eat anything I want again without any major repercussion. So the next step is a food journal. I try to take it immediately after a large meal which helps it mix with the food and have more chance to spread throughout the gut. Pills don't distribute as well as mixing it in water, I find.
