So, I've been on Remicade for almost a year now and just last week was in the sun for the first real time (yay for busy new parenthood issues!). We had field day at my school and I was out all day with my class. I FRIED. Every piece of skin not covered by clothing is pretty much blistered now. Even the tiny space between my pants ending and socks starting.

Do drugs like Remicade make us burn more easily? I've never had this happen!

Unless you have olive skin almost anyone staying in the sun all day will probably get somewhat burned, especially since this is your first significant sun exposure of the season. Having said that there are some studies showing that those taking Remicade have three times the risk of getting skin cancer.

Are you on immunomodulators like azathiopribe/imuran or 6MP? I ask as those are known for photosensivity and easy sun burning.

Biologics not so much.
