Moderation. If you get gas, cut back or change the time of day you have it. Many of us have a limit of tolerance regarding food symptoms.

OK......here's another thing. Dairy of ANY kind never gives me gas, stomach pain, gurgling or any other "symptoms". And it never has in my entire life. My sister is lactose intolerant, so believe me, I recognize that
But does this automatically mean it isn't irritating my colon? how would I know? could dairy be why I see mucus on every BM (before using my meds)?
I love the word WHY and I plan on using it when I go back to see her, but at my initial appt I wanted to be more a listener than a talker. She never elaborated on why to only have protein once a day. But with eliminating dairy and red meat it's not much of an issue.
I want my yogurt & kefir back though !!!
