Formula H-Heath concerns Chinese herbs better than Isatis Cooling for me

Hi all,

I tried Isatis Cooling for a couple of days and thought "wow" but that wow wore off quickly, by day 3 It didn't help at all.

I than tried Formula H, made my same company, used for bleeding, hemmroids especially. What I noticed right off the bat was, my bloating after eating disappeared. The inflammation I felt in my rectum went away. My blood is almost gone. I have no urgency. No gas hardly at all. It's been one full week so far. I cannot have raw veggies, no salads and no spicey food, no sugar, do bread still. I eat mainly chicken, very well cooked veggies but sweet potatoes are the best for me because they are easy to digest and create no gas as opposed to broccoli.

I take 3 pills am a hour after eating breakfast and 3 in afternoon on empty stomach.

This by far, has been the best for me. I go about my day as if I don't have UC. I have golf a lot lately and don't even think of a bathroom. I'm one week in. I will let you know how next week goes. fingers crossed

It is a blend and I tried cc herbal and that did not work for me

Within a hour of taking it I felt the bloating ease up, I burped a lot. Day two things firmed up. No blood hardly now at all. I'm working with a Chinese herbalist from Shen Herbals out of California $65 for phone consult and then you pay for herbs (you make a tea out of it) trying to help the spleen. I will let you know how it goes. They sell this brand health concerns too.

Yes he told me what is being used and how much percentage in it. Yes, to use with forumla h, only because I told him I liked it . I may choose to stop the forumla H if the tea herbal drink is helping.
I m addressing a lot of things with him, inflammation, pain, ulcers, bloating, cramping, blood, cold feet, no libido and menapause. I'm sure it's not an overnight thing and trying to cleanse the spleen also.

We shall see. Forumla H has been great!! Better than most supplements and medications I've tried, I'm just 7 days in on it.

Diet is key for me too.

Also, how would you know what's helping formula H or the tea mix if you are taking both of them?

Hi Guys, quick question, I've bought formula H from a third party (lucky vitamin) and it only has date of manufacturing on the bottle, what's the shelf life of this things and what does your bottle says about the expiration date?
