Weight gain on Entyvio

Hi guys Entyvio been on for 3 infusions noticed gaining weight on a daily basis never eat over 2.000 go to gym 2to 3 times a week walk quite a lot.
Had uc for 12yrs on 6tg low white cell count its like I'm on steroids but not taking any only satrted in august 17. no matter what I do to lose wieght it never happens anybody got any help thinking of coming of it
Don't like the weight gain. I was always around 63- 64 kg on 6tg, I'm 💯 percent it's entyvio

3 infusions is a but soon to say anything for sure, but even if it is, remission and overweight is much better than skinny and sick.

with the calories you report and the high exercise level, I am not sure there is anything healthy you can do.

I think I saw somewhere that people on entyvio were saying they gained weight. I've gained weight, but I'm just getting back to where I was before I lost all my weight while flaring, so I haven't gained any extra weight yet.

"I'm on steroids" those are almost guaranteed to cause weight gain...

I was on steroids hated them get flare up now and again 6mp made all my levels drop really low

if the weight gain is a fluid retention, then possibly a diuretic could be prescribed, or maybe just try a diuretic tea

Over 18 months on Entyvio I gained about 10 pounds. But I started about 10 pounds underweight, so that weight gain is likely a sign of healing.
