Cabbage is actually really good for us! I suggest cooking the veggies really well and compensate with fiber/ butyrate. Listen to your body. Add or reduce as needed.
I do believe we need Sulfur as well as our immune system I think it's about
finding the balance. It makes sense that some of us may create more H2S than others. I've increased my Fiber and it seems to be helping me. I'd love to hear if it works for others.
I've been increasing anti-inflammatory foods (TNF blockers) Replenish intestinal mucous (broths) and increasing the butyrate together. And peppermint oil seems to aid in digestion and help to eliminate H2S as well. Just a drop on my tongue or in tea.
Reduce meat, alcohol and stress. Eat organic, gut healing, small amounts of easy to digest foods.
