I am not sure there is any concern with this, you've lived how many years and have not had any troubles due to this congenital defect? X-rays turn up all sorts of novel and interesting things about ourselves, which other than being a unique footnote, or a pause of "oh that's interesting" may have no real meaning at all regarding our health and wellness. Its curious how our body develops in utero and some of us have slight variations during development, fortunately nothing significant or problematic.
I remember others x-ray findings including things like "bone island," which certainly looks interesting but has no meaningful issue or problem associated with it.
There was another xray posting the other week where somebody's cecum was in an unusual location (lower and further back then was expected), however, it likely means nothing.
My wife has an interesting extra bone bump on her ankles, that her worried parents had xrayed when she was little but she has no worries or disability as a consequence thereof, just a little extra bone bump for whatever reason lol.
