Pantasa enema advice please with stomach cramps

Hi hope some one can give me some advice I have been on enema pantasa for a week , between 3-7 at night I get really bad stomach cramps and very bloody diarrhoea, I have been in a bad flare before starting this for 5 weeks with vomiting. I just eont to know if this is normal I am taking paracetamol and this does help but the diarrhoea does still come . Should I talk to my ibd nurse or should I just carry on . 😬😬

Thank you for the reply tried to ring ibd nurse but missed her call back then it was answering service , tried to speak to doctors hopefully will get a answer tomorrow. I will carry on with the enema and paracetamol feels like really bad period pains .
