saline iv gives me energy

Before I get my entyvio IV i receive a saline IV, and this saline on its own really wakes me up and gives me energy. Now i have to find a way to get saline I've when I'm feeling low energy. Anyone else getting an energy boost?

is it possible you're dehydrated and the saline is bringing you back to normal? Fatigue is a big factor in dehydration.

Yes, dehidrated. Can't seem to get the fluids to stay in. Not sure if related to colitis.Tested negative for diabetes.

Tried Gatorade or another similar product for hydration?

you can look for electrolyte tablets and even try pedialyte as well. There's a product I see a lot of people use called "Drip Drop", maybe look that up.

I tried gatorade. seems a bit better than water. will also try the drip drop and pedialyte. Thanks for your help. really appreciate it.
