If you are located in a state where Marijuana is legal then they are available for purchase. Or if you are in a state where medical marijuana is legal, they might be available. Or you can make your own (pretty simple) if you want to be "adventurous" and have a "friend".
There is a fair amount of debate as to how effective CBD is without the THC to activate it. For more chronic or serious conditions, you seem to need the THC component but I am no expert.
UC is a qualifying condition in most states. I don't really like to get high and using suppositories, you do not get high as the THC is not processed through the liver.
I am just starting to experiment after researching on the web but would like more info from some one with UC or Crohns. Actually someone mentioned MJ had been very helpful and they were going to start using suppositories. I suppose like most treatments for UC, "actual mileage may vary".
