First and foremost, pls make paragraphs. You may think we are whining when you are so stressed but at least to me, I can't find central question quickly.
Edit: Noticed that you typed this over the phone. Respect, I can't type a line properly on the phone. But in future, take time to write properly on a laptop or something.
Second, calm down, really, the world is not ending and your tummy is not shot. If you really do something to calm down like mindfuless and stuff like that, it will help a lot. Whatever issues you may have, stress will exacerbate those issues.
Third, to your question, I STILL can not figure out whats your problem other than farting. If you had any kind of colitis, You would get an uncontrollable urge to poop but you won't really poop anything other than blood and there would be excruciating cramps near or below the belly button. Do you have that?
If the stomach is making a sound, fine, mine made since I was 10, now 40+. Undigested food, fine, no big deal.
You seem to be getting a runaround from everyone. May I tell you one thing, just stop eating, seriously, this is not a joke. Ask a doctor to prescribe you basic nutritional drinks like elemental diet, something like
/www.integrativepro.com/Products/Gastrointestinal/Physicians-Elemental-Diet There are a few drinks on amazon as well. I just don't know how good they are. Most of them taste really bad but the provide you with all nutrition you may need.
If you wish, you may want to add some charcoal tablets so that whatever stuff is sitting in your gut will be mopped out with charcoal. Make sure its 2 hours away from any food or meds. If you do this for at least a couple of weeks, whatever is bothering you may just get killed or mopped out by charcoal. If not, make a list of symptoms you have and go to a PCP. Don't tell the PCP as if you are high on weed or something or they will send you to a mental health specialist when you actually may need a GI specialist. Again, this is not a joke, this has happened in the past with a few folks I know.
And finally, calm down. Most of us have been through way worse than this. With this attitude, we would have never made it.
